I cannot express enough how awful Wellington Apartments and their staff really are. We have lived in these apartments for a little under 1year now and are leaving early to avoid any more disturbances. Since day one we have heardnothing but compressors, construction workers, nail guns, etc. Twice now I have been left with nails in my tire from the lack of clean up. Keep in mindyou have to front the money to fix. Our utility bills were perfect, untill 2 month into the lease when they tripled!! If you are looking for customer service, move north of Wellington Apartments, we could not even get a maintance man to change our light bulbs. If you like swimming pools this is the place to lease, you will have one in no time with the consistant leaks in your apartments.
