Management seem to care about this place and I hered recently that its 30 years old, so was impressed cause it doesnt look old at all.

2 or 3 of the maintenance guys i see regularly and they like their jobs and do good work.

i think its cheap. compared with others and you still get a good sized apartment in a nice located.

the giant and dennys are nearby (you can walk their) and the pool is really nice and big at summer.

office staff like you when you come in. leasing staff not as nice, but still plesent.

only one thing was wrong in my apartment when i moved in and it was taken care of pretty quick.

i heard bad things about this place when i first move in but that seems not to be the case no more cause you never seem to have people angry and negbors i know are happy.

recently had a fire near my home - ogt worried but heard it was tooken care of real good - even made the paper.

i would refer someone here.
