We just moved in about a week ago. The service has been great, and requested repairs were made in a reasonable amount of time. The problem.... ROACHES!!! I have never had roaches so I know that I did not bring them with me. I have seen at least one a day since I have been here. I set bombs off and boric acid in the holes and the office staff was very quick to come right over and exterminate....still seeing ROACHES!!! My townhouse was newly renovated before I moved it ... I really like it, but I think that I will be looking for someplace else to live... I can't live with roaches.

The office & leasing staff have been very kind and very helpful. Though their efforts have been noted, they have not been very effective.
