Some of the comments here floored me. I have lived in Westgate for almost a year now and even switched apartments mid-lease to a larger unit. I have never, I REPEAT NEVER, seen a roach or any kind of bug in my apartment. Nada zip zero! The apartment is quite large for the money. Any maintenance issue has been handled promptly. In fact, one of the maintenance workers even went out of his way to fix something of mine! The renovations are coming along nicely. And the staff has always been very helpful.

The only thing lacking is a sense of community. But in a complex that large with that many people working that many different schedules it is difficult to form neighborly relationships.

My only complaint is a few noisy neighbors who should know better.
