I won't let my daughter roam around the streets alone unlike other parents of 4 year olds. I'm not joking. There are small children that are allowed to run around the street without adult supervision. If you have friends you should go to their home because they will never find a place to park at yours. If you like to converse with your neighbors, learn Spanish. The people in the office are nice until you sign your lease. They do not know the rules of the apartments and will not read your application properly. My roommate and I are both women. Our mail is addressed to Mr. "insert female name here". When they call us they ask for Mr. "insert female name here". (if they even pronounce our names correctly) I am constantly being harrassed by the men in our complex. The police have visited people in our complex many times. I have convinced myself that they must be old college buddies. I am breaking my lease early. This place is good for single men. Single moms should stay away. Families with values and rules should stay away. I hate having to go home everynight. I would have to agree with the other review that says you have to be able to live with the ghetto factor if you move in here.
