This apartment complex is cheap, but it's not even worth it. There are better values and probably cheaper, nicer places. From the very beginning I could tell it was going to be unacceptable. The only decent thing was the maintenance people. The laundry facilities are crappy and people will take your clothes out. I had a shopping cart parked in front of the building I lived in. People let their pets run free sometimes. It's loud. It's gross. It's a bad experience all around.
