Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Apartment complex was built in 1960's and you occasionally hear your neighbors (always to be expected in apts). The kitchen in my apt needs an upgrade. The 1 bedroom apts are very tight on space . . . make sure and get one with an outside storage. There are 12 apartments per complex and with the exception of 1 neighbor, all have been very friendly. Overall, I have been very happy living here with my husband.
Pertaining to a few reviews posted:
I have yet to see any children "running wild in the parking lots." The only children I have witnessed in the absence of their parent/guardian were those who were on their way to/from school.
Latinos make THE BEST NEIGHBORS. They NEVER complain.
