I have read other reviews on this website and agree with those who live in town homes that they are nice, but if you want to live in the apartment section please run as fast as you can from this place. I lived there for 2 years and you can tell that the only people who move there have credit issues, if you don t you are crazy to live here. The complex exterior is clean and very well maintained, but they need to keep it that way because the kids and adults don t take care of the place. The kids smoke weed on the picnic tables, spray paint the apartments walls and fences, break into people cars, hang out and destroy the fitness center, they break into the vacuums and steal the water hose sprayer every other week.Hopefully your building has a laundry room, if not start walking and pray the -------- that trespass onto the property haven t taken up all the washer and dryers which means you have to wait for hours just to use one. Lastly, you can tell where the kids get this behavior from.The adults yell at each other as if they live in the jungle and god forbid you get neighbors that fight all the time and have sex so loud that you can hear them outside the building, we do have small kids here.Maintenance will quickly help you if you need it but that s only because they know they will have to come back over and over to get the job done right.As for Management(Joke)they had policies in place for occupants to abide by but it s kind of hard to take them seriously when their own employees break the rules. Maintance employees speed through the complex never stopping at the stop signs, and park in the handicap parking spaces right in front of the leasing office.How great is that.I guess the old adage is right (YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR). So run!!!!
