Management just doesn't care.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 1999
About two summers after our move in date our air conditioner stopped working and while if you put your hand to the vent you could feel cool air it wasn't cooling the apartment. I called the office to report it and two days later after no one had come to repair it, I called again. When I told the property manager that I had called once already and was wondering when it would be fixed, he shouted at me that the maintenance staff had more important things to do and would get to it when they could. After that I literally had a yelling match with this guy and could not believe how disrespectful he was. We were running fans 24/7 which weren't helping and I had my 5 year old to think of, but that wasn't considered a serious problem so it was about 3 more days until someone came to fix it. That experience is just one of many bad ones with office staff. Word to the wise...move somewhere where the staff genuinely cares because here they genuinely don't!
