I have lived in this community for almost a year. In that time, I have had to call the police twice for people beating on my back windows, once they were called on me by the weird upstairs neighbor for watching TV, my car was towed even though I had a parking sticker visible, and there was an attempted murder outside my door. I have lived in several apartment communities, in different states, and this is the absolute worst one ever. The management "inspects" your apartment on an almost monthly basis, and on one occasion left my door unlocked all day. I have never felt so unsafe anywhere in my life. Stay away from Woodburn Apartments!
