My experience here wasn't as bad as some, but when we signed our lease I asked the property manager if it was ok to plant some flowers right outside my door and she said yes. In the spring i bought a couple of different plants and planted them and within a week the landscapers came and tore them out of the ground and left them right on my doorstep all battered and completely ruined. When I told the new property manager about it, he said planting flowers wasn't allowed and we argued over what the previous manager had said and what his new rules were.
I definitely wouldn't recommend this community to anyone. It's bad enough to pay high prices for low quality, but to have your personal property destroyed and get yelled at when you complain is even worse.
