I have lived here at Woodburn for a year and have gone through approx. 4 property managers. I have put in may work orders to have work done to my apartment and nothing has happened. I have had to make repairs to my apartment myself. I made several complaints about people hanging around the grounds and making sexual comments to me and yet once again nothing has been done except for to be told that they would have police patrol the ground. As of to date have not seen a police car on the grounds. Back in September someone tried to enter my apartment. I complained to management the only answer that I received was I'm sorry to hear that. I asked to have a security chain to be placed on my door. I was told that management didn't supply that. So once again, I had to supply it myself. With the past snow storm the parking lots were not plowed. Several people made complaints but no actions was made. My car got stuck and was damaged. I asked to be compensated for the missed time from work and the damage of my car, the answer I got was the management is not responsible for the damaged to my car. I should have let my car set. Well I did for three days. Ever other complex was being plowed out, ours on the other hand was not done until 11:00 pm on Thursday 2/20. Not a good answer in my book. I filled out my papers for renewal at the beginning of the month and as of 2/26/03 no one has called with my approval. The staff is rude and nasty. I'm tired of paying for a high priced apartment and bad service. My recommendation is not to move here. Management does not know what they are doing. They need to become organized and learn what customer service is all about. I work in customer service and if I had the same attitude that they do my company would be out of business. I'm sorry I ever moved here. I'm just glad my lease is up.
