Recently the new management team at Woodburn has gained focus -- Focus is placed on large projects and maintaining a safe and clean property. As the new Manager at Woodburn I myself was amazed at what I found when I started here. It seems that Manager schange regularly and this property has not had the commitment that is much need. Some of the projects that we are currently working on are: Lighting, additional speed bumps and overall appearancce improvement. We have Manassas City police officer who resides here and provides us with On-Site security. I have recently started working with neighborhood children to get them involved as well. Woodburn is constantly developing--We have a strong team, a thorough Maintenance Supervisor and people who genuinely care about the community. Come by and check us out.
