I have read these glowing reviews and I'm here to tell it like it is. First, I have lived here for years and will say that this is the cheapest community with washers & dryers in each unit in Manassas, but every year I have to deal with high rent increases. The kitchen's are the size of a walk in closet and worst of all parking is a nightmare...for those of us who get home late from work having to walk a mile to your apartment is a drastic inconvenience. Just last night I had to park 3 units away when not too long ago I was always assured a space directly in front of my apartment. I don't know what is going on with that, but it might be a nice idea to assign parking spaces to avoid inconvenience. Also the parking lots are sparsley lit and as a single woman walking a mile to my apartment at night in pitch darkness doesn't exactly make me feel secure. For some reason where we used to have lights on constantly they were recently replaced by these cheap sensor lights which only half ass work. Honestly for those of you considering moving here...don't!
