I have lived at Woodburn Apartments since the community was built. Yes, we did have problems and managers did change. But a new manager who is professional and helpful has been put in place and is the perfect fit. He is responsive and lives up to his promises. The new maintenance supervisor cares about the community and does not treat it as just a job. This community does not have large rental increases as someone said. The state of Virginia has a limit on how much they can raise our rents. The apartments are clean and well maintained. Yes, if someone has company as in any neighborhood you have to park a few doors down, but that never killed anyone I lived in a community where you walked a mile from your car to your house. Get over it. My neighbors should appreciate that they have it so good.
