This apartment community is one of the worst ones in the area. My family and I moved into the apartment complex right as it was finishing the first phase of the development. Needless to say, we were the first renters in our apartment and we had nothing but problems. My heat broke on the coldest night of the year and it took two days to get a maintenance person out to fix it and I had a newborn child. The sewer system backs up in the bathroom. There are numerous problems with these apartments in the community due to the quick nature as to how they were built and as a result of finding several other VERY disgruntled tenents, we formed a tenets union, sued to be released of our leases and won!
