It's unfortunate I had to slum in these apartments as long as I did. I had constant problems with the neighbors (Wife beater, children banging on floors with pots and pans at 2 am). My car was broken into numerous times while right outside my door. It was also towed repeatedly for no justifiable reason. Management changed frequently, so any problem I had was passed from hand to hand and never dealt with. Street lights seldom worked. I never used my kitchen due to a roach infestation from next door. The gym was always locked due to "construction" which never occurred. The office was never open at reasonable times for those who had jobs. I was assured I could break my lease without penalty, upon submission of a letter of intent to move. Of course once it was submitted I was called at work by the manager who berated and cussed at me. After months of contacting corporate I was forgiven the penalty fee and my security deposit was returned. Anyone who has lived here knows that the glowing reviews were written by the staff who don't so much else. Could they at least make them sound a little less ridiculous' For anyone contemplating moving to Woodburn, spare yourself the stress. Look elsewhere, pay more, preserve what you have left of your sanity.
