I don?t know where you all were living but I couldn?t believe I was reading about the same place. The rents are high but that should be expected, it is after all, the newest community in the most affluent area in the nation! I looked at other communites in the area and the rents were the about the same after they finished the "used-car sales pitch" but they were 3 or 4 times as old! I got outstanding service from the management before AND after leasing my apartment and they were always eager to help whenever called upon. They are much more attentive than other, more expensive, apartments I?ve lived in. I attended several social events hosted by the staff who did the all of serving themselves! One morning, without ANY pomp and circumstance, they were passing out free breakfast by the gates as I was driving to work. I was delightfully shocked! The maintenance staff is on par as well. The location couldn?t be any more perfect and there plenty of amenities to enjoy. I know most of my neighbors personally and the general concensus is that we are MORE than pleased with our community, particualarly the service. We discussed it in detail last year when the community sent out satisfaction surveys to each resident. That really made a statement to me. I?ved lived in -----holes before unfortunately so it?s nice to write NOT living in one for a change. I could go on but I think I?ll write the remainder of my sentiments directly to the management themselves. If you?re moving to this area and you?re renting, trust me, there is no "close second" to Avalon Crescent. I hope this review is helpful.
