Different treatment to new nad old residents

Living there for over three years, first
few months were good with good maintenance and courtesy service....second year slower pace maintenance/higher rent/slow response,....staffs were good only with good manager... Somehow, managers changed often...
New manager Cynthia Peloquin was a mess -Water utility Computer(server)and water meters were malfunctional/broken during summer 2002 for about three months. Not only she just covered up for MINOL-MTR, but forced the residents to pay double or triple amount of waterbills...She would send maintenance staff(right away) to check WATER LEAK if anyone complaints about water bills. Most residents have had higher water bills since summer 2002....Mr. Wil Slaugher from Fairfax County Consumer Protection Division is still investigating..If you have the same problem, please call (703)324-5937 or fax (703)322-9542 your story and concern.
