Well overall the apartment was fine until it was time to renew our lease, with a few small exceptions. But in the most part they don't work with you. We came in with the "special". So our 2BR 2 BA apt. that was regularly $1794, was averaging $1495. Well now that we have to renew our lease, they go to a rate of $1866, with NO deals. It doesn't seem like a lot going from the $1794 to $1866, but in truth its really $1500 to $1866.
Along with that, there is an extra fee for the pool view, $50/mos. For a pool that is not open for most part of the year. $50/mos to have a fireplace. We got stuck paying those two extra things because we were told that was all they had, so they say.
You also have to PAY an annual $300 amenities fee. So in the end it all adds up.
Another BAD thing, no one follows the 10MPH speed limit of the community.
They have a CAR WASH, but don't turn the water on.
We looked at their Townhomes. They are BAD. More Expensive and not worth it. They would probably do the same thing when it is time for us to renew our lease.
