A pleasant surprise

I was very hesitant to move in to this garden-style apartment community because of the shoddy construction and noise levels I've experienced with these types of buildings.

Although I can still hear some of my neighbors' movements, the build quality of these apartments is by far superior to what I'm accustomed to.

This is a very convenient and attractive area in general.

Parking is adequate unless you get your own private garage, which I got for a discount of $75 / mo. (garages are included with the townhomes). Otherwise, some of the clueless and reckless residents will park right on top of your car; but that's true at any apartment complex.
