I've been here just about a year now and as of today have officially extended my lease for another year. My roommate and I looked around a little but we weren't able to find a place that matched Avalon Crescent in size,price,location or quality - all the less expensive places were smaller, older and/or further away!

We live on the townhouse side and have been very happy over the past year. The place itself is pretty nice, the grounds are well-kept, I've always felt safe, the people are pretty friendly and you can't beat the location - especially if you work in Tysons like I do!!

I'm not sure why so many reviews complain about the management staff - they have always been extremely nice to me (they know my name when I come in to pick up packages!) They've always treated me professionally and any maintenance requests have been handled VERY quickly! The gym is nice enough that I don't have to pay for a $50/month gym membership elsewhere, the pool is nice and there are some lovely walking trails out behind the townhouse side of the complex.

Hi there! I was wondering which model you live in and how much you pay...? I am interested in the GARFIELD (2b/2b) but I have yet to come take a look at it. Any advice??
