Lucky I signed a short term as this place is not worth the ridiculous pricing.

Loud due to the bus that starts going by at 6AM from the mall and the unusually high level of barking dogs. Not to mention half the residents do not feel the need to pick up.

Have the leasing consultant walk you down the nature trail with the broken up concrete and garbage everywhere. Hopefully the construction will finally be over down the street with the Harris Teeter.

The apartments themselves are beaten up pretty badly.

The gym is good and the basketball court a pleasant suprise. Great location across from the Galleria.

Prices are incredible and then they nickle and dime you for activity fees, lost gate cards and the moveout goal is to keep your security deposit.

I have not yet found a better place but would only move here if I had no other option.

This complex is not perfect, but I have to say it still beats the heck out of living in Fairfax Towers down the road. That apartment complex is so horrible that Avalon Crescent feels like a palace in comparison.
