A lot of people own their condos, so maybe others are more updated than the one I rented. Mine was not properly cleaned before moving in, so watch out if you have a private landlord.

The complex has security guards, but all you need to get in is a building number and a last name. The guards change all the time.

You can hear your roommate talking on the phone in the room next to yours through the bedroom wall.

The wall paper in the building hallway is atrocious. The carpet is filthy.

Residents are older and some with families. This is not a "young professional" type place.

The office is an absolute dump. There are huge ashtrays on the desks and a plywood board sectioning off one of the rooms, which has a cat in it.
