I thought it would be a great place to live, but the main demographic is seniors and the place is falling apart. Constant plumbing and electrical problems. The grounds staff were great, the office staff can't be bothered to do anything.

I had a private landlord who never fixed anything and even though it damaged the common areas the condo staff never forced them to fix it, so they didn't.

The pool is great, but other than that, there aren't any amenities. The elderly residents complain about everything from doors slamming to people they think drive too fast through the community. But at the same time we could hear the 80 year old's TV through our walls at all hours of the day and night.

The location wasn't worth the hassle of living there.
