This place is very clean, quiet and safe with beautiful grounds and landscaping. There is plenty of parking. The pool area is nice and private. The tennis courts have been available every time I've used them.

I rent a two bedroom which I share with a roommate and have plenty of privacy.

The community is more private rather than social. I have not met many of my neighbors but people are friendly and will say hello. Many people have dogs, but I do not hear them from inside my apartment - only sometimes when I walk down the hall.

One downside is that when I sleep with the windows open, I can hear the highway traffic - just a little. It probably wouldn't bother most people. Also, on sub-freezing days, I have smelled cigarette smoke in my apartment. I solved that by blocking off one of the vents in the living room and not using the fan in the bathroom at certain times.
