Lived here. Bottom line, it is cheaper compared to 15 apartments in this area I have seen. Good price for the location, easy access to beltway, lots of restaurants, shopping, and total traffic nightmare.

But, you get what you pay for. Parking is a big problem in most bldgs. you only get 2 stickers and guests have to park far away.

Noise problem is there but not that bad. Depends on the neighbors. I can sometime hear the TV from the next room. The HVAC system is very old, loud and does not cool very well. If you need good AC, this is not a place for you. Appliances are very old but work fine. All the floors in all the rooms creek and make noise as you walk around. You can hear people above you walking around the apt all the time.

The mgmt is professional but not very nice or happy to help you kind. They will do their job but will not help you become comfortable.

Ending, you don't want to spend the money but need a great loc, this is the place. Say bye bye to luxury. If you CAN spend more money, then do and there are couple near here. In my opinion, it is livable for the price you pay for this area.
