Not worth living - it's a Hell

The Dolley Madison apartments are very bad to live in.and that too if you have a very bad neighbours as we do then your life is a hell.
when reported to the management about the 24hr noise made by our neighbours on the top floor the people instead of solving told to leave the apartment if we are unhappy and the way it was told was as if they are doing favours by allowing us to stay there.
I tell you the Dolley Madison?s management is the worst I have ever seen.they are working for what they are paid.
we live in a ground floor and the gardeners come in do gardening stuff and spread everything on our carpet and never clean.when asked the reply telling it is your duty to clean.
The Maintainence of machines is very bad.there are lots of bugs if you are on the ground floor.they do tell that they come in for spraying but I don't know what they do.
overall guys I request you that once you are in a Dolley madison apartment and by coincidence if you are in the ground floor and if you have very very bad neighbours as we do then forget about your peaceful life.
Think before you move to this apartments.they never clean the carpet and expect you to clean it before you leave the apratment and if youdon't you will be charged and who knows whether they clean for the next tenenants'even though outside looks very good inside is the horrible.
