These people must have been told "NO"

In my line of work I deal with people on a daily bases. You always hear the bad never the good. Most people think your all great and wonderful as long as they are getting their way. The moment you say "NO" and that person can no longer have their way, you are a terrible person. Funny how life is! In reading some of these reviews and I believe that is the case in most. Why else would someone live somewhere for 3 or more years in a place that they absolutly hate, especially with the specials that are being offered all around us.
When I moved here in "99" the management staff was very helpful and was able to guide me in a direction that best suited my needs, which was a ground floor that I could always surely have a parking space. To me it was a piece of mind that most of the management team and enginners lived on the property, which said a great deal about the home I was moving my family to.
Yes, I could occasionally here the people above me, but I knew moving in that they did not have concrete between the floors since that was eplained to me by the lady that had rented me my apartment. As for maintenance, if I called in that morning my problem was fixed by the time I came home from work, except when they had to order my new washing machine. I will honestly have to say that I have never experienced a bug problem, but I would have to believe with my experience with management that it would have been addressed immediately.
I would not be moving if my family had not grown, but at this time they do not have a 3 bedroom on the ground floor.
I take my hat off to management and the engineers, great going, keep up the good work. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
