I don't know why so many people have bad things to say about this place. We love it. We have had no problem with bugs, and they spray once or twice a month. The inside is spacious (except for the dining room), you get a balcony, an in-apartment washer/dryer, lots of closet space, and a storage cage in the basement. Free pool, bring whoever you want, they rarely check for passes. Walls are a little thin, but that's life. Have had A/C and heat problems several times, but got them fixed within hours(except when the A/C broke the night before July 4th, and it was 95 degrees out, had to wait til July 5, ughh!). Parking has been no problem either, although maybe it's where our building is. Overall, a great place to live, and close to everything.
