Worst Place to Live.. Poor customer service

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
This is what I experienced during my 17 months stay in this apartment. Anything that you ask, they will talk about rules & regulations. I wish I own couple of apartments to rent out to these guys. But I should acknowldege the locality is very good.
