Good value for money

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2001
We stayed in a 2br ground floor apartment for more than 7 years. We had started our lives and the Dolly madison was the cheapest in Tysons/mclean areas that offered good value.
Over all we (my brother and I) were very happy. Good points were - its location, great and prompt maintenance service, green area without traffic noise and ofcourse the rent. They recently added a clubhouse!
Down side were old construction (but really its not bad given its rent), parking clos to you apt can be tricky if you come home late.
Yes its not a BMW but then you are not paying for a BMW either. Over a good place to live for people within budget.
