We lived at Dolley Madison for 2 years in a top floor courtside view unit. Since our apartment was ideally situated, we never had any problems with noise. Our rent the first year was only $1099 for a one bedroom plus den and only increased to $1135 the second year. Another plus is that are a lot of open park/playground areas for pets and children.

There were a couple of annoyances. The workers would have to come fix the old A/C unit a couple of times a year. One time our bathroom had to be retiled because it was causing a leak in the apartment below. One time the roof had to be repaired because water was leaking into our bathroom. Every time the workers were very prompt at responding to our complaints.

For such a good price and location, I would suggest Dolley Madison.
