The kitchen was supposed to have "all new GE appliances". Apparently "all new" meant if you are planning on filming an episode of That 70s Show in your apartment.

We had an infestation of roaches that lasted the entirety of our stay there, for over a year. We had them spray for roaches at least 6 or 7 times, and we were threatened at least 2 or 3 times with hefty fines if we didn't completely empty our entire kitchen for them to spray. I only wonder how soon it is before I get cancer from roach spray.
