Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
noisy floors, and you will hear everything.
you will have no parking spots available which will land you a ticket or a tow.
cockroaches will always be there, no matter how many times they spray.
the maintenance guys weed-whack leaves and that doesn't do ---- but make it spread everywhere and cause alot of noise. Staff except Melvin is receptive.
