I live on the property and have no complaints! I'm a single Mother and feel 100% safe living alone.
Any maintainance requests are handled in a timely manner. I have no problems with roaches as some have indicated in their reviews. If you keep you apartment clean and have it sprayed on a regular basis then you should have no problems with ANY rodents.
The property is beautiful and great for raising a family. Very quite at night and overall a great place to live.
