The Bad:
We lived on the sub level floor and had the annual problem with the building pipes running through our ceiling and leaking. At one point we had a major floor 2 years is a row around the holidays.
The noise insulation was non exsistent.
The parking was often a crap shoot.
Forget about getting the sidewalk shoveled before 10 am if there is a snow fall.
The office staff was often rude.
The kids playground area's are old and rusty.
The Good:
The maintence crew was very responsive and very courteous.
An occasional roach or spider.
Lots of nice neighbors and families.
The pool was updated and clean.
They didnt raise the rent every year like The Commons does.
Good Elementary School.
