I moved in Aug 21, 2009 and had to break the lease to move
out Sept 16, 2009. I am writing this review in the hope that
someone else don't need to go through the same misery.
My apt was in the 1st floor and the ceiling floors are squeaky
--- you can hear every annoying squeaky sound whenever the
upstairs move (including every footstep). I asked my
neighbors living upstair to be mindful, but they replied that
they had to suffer the same from their upstairs.
The management is very sick and they completely ignored
my complaint until the day I moved out. I requested a written
letter for relieving me from the lease. They waived me the one-month
breaking lease penalty but refused to return my security deposit.
I know you might think that I exaggerated but unforturnately
(I found out too late) that all the negative reviews written
here are true. So please please don't move there. There are
much better place around (with the same price).

I do hope that you learn from my lesson.
