I have been here a year, and have no serious complaints. The builidings are getting a bit old and the appliances in my apartment are original but in working order. I am in a 3 story building on the second floor with a stairwell outside my apartment, when someone walks up or down its very loud inside my apartment. The walls are thin, but thats kinda the norm. I got a much better deal than was available at Post Tysons/The Lincoln. Luckily I live along or parking would be a serious problem. All of the common areas are well maintained. I guess a lot of the rental experince depends on your units owner. But the age and quality of the buildings is univeral and not that great. I am still going to move to Arlington, but if you like Tysons its not that bad.
