This was the perfect complex to live in until new management took over about 6 weeks ago. Since that time, service to the normal renter has gone severely downhill. Maintainence requests are not getting taken care of in a timely manner. For example, the garage door to one of the parking facilities was broken in the "open" position for about 4 weeks with little to no apparent service from the complex. A lot of services that made the place special have been discontinued, including: accepting packages at the office, lockout services, and the business center. I would no longer advise living here as I feel that I am not being respected as a renter.
