Slum Lords

This new company Crescent Heights could be considered slum lords. Do NOT buy a condo from them when they sell. They are a very shady group and through research I found that they lie about everything. The sales manager is so phoney. RUN!!!!! from this property. They also bought the Lincoln at Tysons and many people who bought there are trying to sell already.
