You can hear everything that your neighbors do from toilets flushing to doors opening and closing. There is never anywhere to park. The people who work in the office are never available, so much so that when you try to leave a message with property management the voicemail box is often time full. (And don't expect a call back). The place is so poorly built that mold grows around all your windows, and you have to watch out for light fixtures falling when someone stomps above you. In the winter you'd better take a 10min shower if you want hot water, and even then it's more luke warm than hot. This list could go on forever. The only good thing about this place is the location.
