Since we've moved into our apartment back in September, we've seen the place go down hill as the new management took over.. We are no longer able to reach anyone at the management office.. (the call gets routed to a full voicemail box) During the bad snowstorms it took management over a week to bring trucks in to clear the community. Packages are no longer allowed, even when the sender is the management themselves. (We spent one hour at the post office picking up a package, only to find out it was from the same management office that no longer accepts them) Some people complain of ants in their apartments while other complain of mold around the windows. The maintenance crew has doubled in number and now some frequently hang out on the walking path smoking dope, openly, as well as, other sketchy people afoot. When complaints were made to the maintenance office loitering still occurred. The only way to get any one to speak to you is if you are interested in buying.. The cop sightings have increased since the new management took over and it's a gated community! On one occasion 2 cop cars were in hot pursuit of an individual on foot, within the community gates. The floors were painted during one night without pre-mention to the renters. I stepped out into the hallway with my dog only to spend the next 30 minutes getting the paint off the dog?s paws. One final confusing finding was after speaking to a person that has purchased a place said, they had to sign a form where they agreed not speak to any of the renters.
