Man, the more you live there, the more you hate it. For one thing, everything that you may find "nice" are so superficial. So they have moulding on the ceilings. Look at them carefully. The finish is so incomplete and they are only in the livingroom. The floorplan is so bad. Have you seen the ridiculous waste of space in the corner of the living room which they call "entertainment unit'" The dishwasher and fridge cannot get any cheaper and louder than what they have. The cable/phone company sucks. They reserve one and only elevator out to people moving in/out without any notice. Sometimes you have to carry all those grocery bags up to the fourth floor. You are never going to receive your package because the management office doesn't accept them. They only care about conning people into buying them and not the existing residents. The people working in the office are so unprofessional and bitchy.
Have you really tried working out in the gym' You cannot find these antiquated machines anymore these days. The treadmills are so loud you cannot hear the TV, not to mention only 1 or 2 working at a time. They must have purchased the weight machines used. They are alwyas broken and unstable. There is only 1 unisex sauna and always out of order. The office says they are waiting for the part to come in. If they experience this "part" that always fails, they should stock up and fix it when broken. I once say a stray cat having his feast on the mice he caught. Also, I told the office about a dead bird by the front door of my building and it took 2 days for them to clean up .

I was so glad to move out, but feel sorry for the new owner.

Please don't be fooled by what "seems" nice.
