The management is extremely impolite and unprofessional. It's as if they feel they are doing you some kind of favor whenever you are forced to deal with them. The manager thinks she is running a prison with you as a prisonor subject to arbitrary decisions and with little, if any, respect for your property and personal belongings. Not only are they not effecient or responsive, they need a lesson in manners and common courtesy.

There is constant, extremely intense construction noise, the carpeting in the common areas is crap, the walls are paper thin, and the build quality of the units is highly suspect. Construction banging and sawing starts early in the morning and lasts all day. I can hear my upstairs neighbors walking around loudly and even flushing their toilets. Running water can be heard up and down the halls and in your own bathroom, not to mention most conversations. It's unbearable at times.

The gym equipment is very old.

They do no accept packages.

They have taken over the clubhouse. No business center. No party room.

The cable TV system is run by US Online exclusively. Terrible reception. Terrible service.
