I bought a 1BR condo at the Gates and couldn't be happier. I have noticed no signs of mold, no ants, or anything like that. I don't have a problem with parking, but then again, I have a garage spot. -However, I have had family visit and they easily found a spot in front of my building each time. Maybe it was just luck'''' --I'm a little confused to hear people say these things b/c my place is absolutely gorgeous. -Granite countertops, new cabinets, beautiful hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and the list goes on.-- Maybe I'm hard of hearing, but I don't even hear the neighbors next to me. --Furthermore, the work they've done looks great- both in my condo and in the common areas. I also wanted to mention that I've received excellent service from the management group thus far.--

I'm sorry if I don't see what some others have mentioned, but I'm incredibly happy with the place. The location is perfect and I think they are doing a really good job making it a nice community to live.

If you're interested in purchasing, I say go for it! I honestly couldn't be happier!!
