For those that really don't have a clue about realestate, everything is about location. I understand some of the concerns that people may have about the complex, but this complex is in one of the best cities in the country, and if you can overlook some of the complaint issues, you will definetly make money if you purchase a condo here. There will be a metro station built in the next few years that will be within walking distance of the condo, and I'm sure you can imagine how that will increase the property value of the place. If you don't want to buy a unit to live in, than buy it to rent if out. Either way, you will come out a winner!
