Crescent is finished with sales, so we are starting up our condo association and we already have a lot of well motivated and talented owners who want to participate. Construction is average for a multi-unit apartment building, the appliances are average at best, so you pay for the location, not the quality. We are braced for a battle with Crescent over the punch list as we accept the property from them. Yes, it is a lot of gloss, but you are buying the location which will appreciate. I live here during the week and when I go home on weekends I appreciate the quality of my house. Any apartment complex that Crescent converts is going to have the same old story. For now the condo fees are very low and utilities are very affordable for my 1 bedroom. US On-Line cable is as bad as the rest, so no surprise there. All-in -all it works for me due to location-location-location. Heck, it sold out in 6 months.
