While the location is desirable, the structure of the buildings at the Gates is hardly sound. For those of you claiming reasonable utility bills, wait until the winter when those paper thin walls try to sheild you from the cold. Your bills will sky rocket, I promise. The windows, and paper mache walls are hardly weather proofed for elements, I had a ton of mold growing around my windows and sliding glass doors, and maintenance responded to my complaints with a fresh coat of paint. We had problems with the washer, dryer and the furnace causing leaks and damage to walls and I'm sure the unit's below ours. Good luck to buyers...these units were not built for ownership.
