These apartments are nothing but a deceiving facade! They look nice on the outside-- gates, garages, in the Tysons area, etc.-- but in reality it is the worst place to live in the area.

Some of what I have encountered in my time here:

- rodents
- weak construction (can hear neighbors even though they're not loud!)
- rude and unhelpful management
- bullying management (i.e. you cannot put anything in the balcony, and they will harrass you)
- the main gates break down all the time
- the garage doors get stuck and don't open, or get stuck and stay open 24/7
- constant blackouts, as if living in a third world country
- no parking for visitors, period. The few visitor parking spots available are always occupied, 7 days a week, by residents' extra cars.

And so much more.

I have been here for two years, and only stayed a second year because my landlord cut my rent by $300 to get me to stay. But this year I'm definitely leaving.

You will notice that there are a lot of condos for rent here, that's because most owners bought them for investment and they're having a very difficult time getting people to stay.

Do not be swayed by the location, there are plenty of other places within a 2 mile radius. And whatever you do DO NOT BUY here, condo fees are always increasing while an inept management does nothing to show for it.
